The Process:
Visit the property (You collect key & entry report - prearranged by you with the real estate agent) or discuss your requirements with us when booking.
complete a walk through and document any findings (you sign off on the report)
leave report on the counter
you will arrange for key collection from Renters Partner
extra visits where applicable (additional cost)
If we have the keys and you wish for the transport team to enter once the entry report is completed, we can visit the property again (Book an additional inspection service) to let the transport or cleaners in for you.
